Wedding Planning 101
Wow! wow! Wow! Seeing something in black and white and knowing that it was printed on paper somewhere out there (London in this case), has been the highlight of my month! (And possibly one of the most exciting things to happen since I started Bride Abroad). The South African paper got in touch a few weeks ago about writing a feature article for the front page of their Wedding Guide supplement for the 2 November edition. So I did.. and I’ve just seen the article published in the online version of the paper.
In all honesty, what was published could’ve been my opening paragraph to a really long article – condensing my top wedding planning tips into the 500 words they requested was a near impossible task! There is so much more to say, and so many tips to give away. I’ve probably said it before, but I could plan my day again and again, and with so much more info readily available online these days – my biggest tip (for today), is drag out the planning for as long as possible. Such a fun time deserves to be lingered over and enjoyed for at least a year!
